We looked up ACS to see these are typically not the same as ACE MONEY EXPRESS and Good Golly Miss Molly- they truly are!! Please browse the BBB’s review particularly the final part where they went along to find this “company”. They think it’s a TRIBE loan- Miami TRIBE. Main point here: what they’re doing is many ILLEGAL that is likely in states. CALL Your STATE ATTORNEY’S WORKPLACE. CANNOT FORWARD THEM MONEY!! REPORT THEM!! AND TELL THE BANK THAT YOU DON’T AUTHORIZE a ACH RE PAYMENTS TO ACS or anybody if you do not have every other ACH re payments for any other vendors. ON a NOTE– that is POSITIVE ACE EXPRESS IS LEGAL AND ADDITIONALLY THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY IN MY OPINION!
